Help - BCSrecruit.com for IT jobs

How do I apply for a job?

Use the Search pages to find the job you are interested in. Go through to view details of the job, go on the 'Apply for this job' link, complete a simple registration form and then upload your CV.

Do I have to upload my CV every time I apply for a job?

No. The simplest thing to do is create an account. You register and upload your CV once; when you apply for jobs using the site, you will not be asked to complete these details again.

Is it free for jobseekers to register on the site?

Yes, completely.

Can jobseekers register on the site without applying for a specific job?

Yes. At the point of registration, jobseekers can indicate whether they are actively looking for a job, open to offers or just browsing. Jobseekers can change their profiles at any time, and will not be visible to recruiters if they do not choose to be.

What happens if I lose my password, once registered?

If you are a jobseeker please visit the lost password section.

What happens if I want to apply for a job in the European Union (EU) and I am not eligible to live and work in the EU?

It is unlawful to employ a person in an EU-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the EU. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs.

Can recruiters manage job postings and applications online? Are CV searches available?

Yes to both questions. The recruiter section of this web site is flexible and user-friendly, and allows recruiters to manage every aspect of their campaign online.

Is there more "Help" information available for recruiters?

Yes. Please visit the dedicated section for recruiters' "Help".
